Crow Wing County Fair 2016
Truth Lutheran Church booth at the Crow Wing County Fair was a big hit if one were to base success on the number of bracelets that were given to fair participants.
Twelve hundred bracelets were available to give visitors to the booth. By noon Friday only a handful of bracelets remained. The bracelets were of various colors and had a variety of sayings printed on them: I have Jesus in my Heart; PUSH (Pray Until Something Happens); God is Good; Got God?; Jesus Loves Me; Wrapped in His Arms.
Additionally, Daily Devotional booklets, a handout with church information, and about 25 pounds of Tootsie Rolls were handed out.
